Hangi ( Miss Tuipolotu - cooking class )

Step 1 - Dice the vegetables 
Onioni - slice 
Carrot - square 
Cabbage - Slice 
Orange kumara 
Poatato - square  
Pumpkin - square 
chicken - cut in half 

Step 2 
put thr chicken in first and top up with vegetables, spices, salt and bake 180' for 40 mins
